Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
Delivery Times: Orders within Kenya typically arrive within 2-3 business days.
Shipping Fees: We offer a flat-rate of Kshs. 450 shipping fees for orders within Nairobi.
For outside Nairobi orders, shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier. During high-demand seasons, delivery may take slightly longer.

Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your package’s journey.

Delivery Times: International orders typically arrive within 7–10 business days, depending on the destination.
Customs & Import Taxes: We are privileged to operate under the African Growth and Opportunity Act (AGOA) agreement, which allows our U.S. customers to enjoy customs-free imports on our products. Customers in other countries are responsible for any customs or import duties upon delivery.
