Domestic shipping policy.
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
Delivery Times: Orders within Kenya typically arrive within 2-3 business days.
Shipping Fees: We offer a flat-rate of Kshs. 450 shipping fees for orders within Nairobi.
For outside Nairobi orders, shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

International shipping policy.
Delivery Times: International orders typically arrive within 7–10 business days, depending on the destination.
Customs & Import Taxes: We are privileged to operate under the African Growth and Opportunity Act (AGOA) agreement, which allows our U.S. customers to enjoy customs-free imports on our products. Customers in other countries are responsible for any customs or import duties upon delivery.
